  4. Upon personal request: If you don’t want to play on the site anymore and you want to ensure that your data your financial information should not be there on the site, you can request the site to delete all your data and site has to do it if they are following data protection act.

  1. I have a complaint against Cassava, I won 3,400 on foxy bingo last week. I withdrew £1000 on Tuesday and another on Friday, I had an email from them on Saturday:

    This is Ronald from the Security Department at Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Ltd. Cassava Enterprises manages security services for Foxy Bingo. I am contacting you with regards to your account with the username gmonk88.

    As this account is related to other accounts closed by our Department for security reasons, we had to discontinue your membership.

    With this result, I would like to inform you that we processed your current withdrawal and you are kindly asked to allow up to 5 working days for the funds to be received.

    If you feel that this action is taken in error and would like to discuss this matter, please feel free to contact us.

    Now bear in mind I have had a foxy account for 2+ years and never had issues, I now win big and they are withholding 2.4k from me! they cancelled the withdrawal i tried to make on friday as well. I have emailed back but no response.

    Please help, where can I go from here? Foxy wi not take responsibility

  3. hi i joined dabber bingo ran by cassava i deposited 10 pounds as a new player and had to ask help for my bounes i was playing on the slots and it went off i tried to log back in but it said my account was blocked i rang them and they said i had to contact the security team which i did i asked for my 10 pounds back but they are refusing to give me this back saying i have abused thier free games i didnt even play any free games hope you can help me

  5. I self excluded from a site run by cassava enterprises a few years ago (possibly foxy bingo) which closed all sites I had with them.

    I have more recently tried opening some accounts which have been denied because they apparently fell under the samr umbrella which is fine.

    However, approx 6 months ago I opened an account on queen bee bingo and have deposited many times and had a couple of small withdrawals processed. I also opened accounts with their sister sites: robin hood, zinger, hunky and the latest Katies bingo. Never has an issue flagged up.

    However, last week i won £700 on Katie’s bingo. The funds have been denied by cassava enterprise because of my previous self exclusion on another site and theyve closed all these accounts.

    I feel this is unfair given theyve been happy to take my money for at least 6 months and only decided there was an issue upon me winning a larger amount.

    Given the circumstances, it was their responsibility to ensure these accounts were legitimate and flag up an issue before accepting so many deposits from me. So given theyve allowed me to play, they should process my withdrawal request for £700 that i won.

    If they’re saying they wont do that because Im not allowed to play on their sites which they failed to spot then I expect that ALL my deposits are refunded to me since theyve allowed me to play under false pretences knowing they wouldnt pay out if I won.

    I have raised this with cassava enterprises who have agreee to refund my initial deposit with katies bingo but no others and refuse to pay the £700.

  6. Withdrew 350 this morning and just had an email informing me because I exclude ( not self exclufed) myself from sister sites they have closed my account. Problem is when I signed up for the site surely this should have been detected & should not have been allowed to deposit. But after several deposits & trying to cash out they have like I said closed account down. I mean who really hunts down which site is affiliated with others?? Once you sign up & a deposit is accepted then they should honour your win. As they hold some responsibility allowing you to deposit.

  7. I’m Having the same problem! I deposited twice then won 1500 but 24 hours after I withdrew it they closed my account because I apparently self excluded on a sister site?? Surely they can’t do this. Did you get your winnings?

  8. I deposited funds and won and then cassava sent me an email closing my account saying I had played on their affiliated casinos and self excluded. How would I know this? Cassava paid my deposit back but not my winnings. I would like my winnings back as I won this fairly and have not had a response to my emails from them in respect of this

  9. hi i have been playing games on line for a few yrs without a problem till i got my bank statement this wk and i put 5×10.00 on my account on the same day fine i know i did that but on my bank statement there is 100.00 also gone to cassava i didnt put that on my bingo were has that come from but they saying its a fault with my bank and wont refund it back what can i do

I won on bringo bingo 9000 pounds tried to withdraw 5000 but they have shut my account I have sent a email to them as I was not sure what I was doing not very happy this seems to be a regular thing with cassava sites when you win big you get blocked would like to see something done about them

  11. sorry it me again I think cassava sites are quite happy to let you join and keep depositing until you win then they shut you down so you can’t withdraw just making money I think they need shutting down and reviewed by the gaming commission as it happens a lot of times to people my account stood at just short of 10,000 pound and when I tried to withdraw 5000 leaving a balance of 4800 plus of which I was still playing with when it was time for the 5000 to be transferred to my bank they shut me down

Just a warning dont join cassava sites as they take money out of your bank then say its your banks fault and you wont get any were with them as they wont listen even when you send bank statements with cassava name on they wont have it so dont join i have just lost 100.00 and i am fighting for it back i dont know what to do next any one can help it would be much appreciated

I have a major issue with cassava iv tried emailing them asking them why i have been able to deposited £1000s into these sites when i have realised recently they are run by the same company CASAVA ENTERPRISES i have emailed them asking if they can tell me which site / sites i self excluded from and dates and they now have locked all my accounts with them so i have emailed them asking why and they have said we feel a 6 month self excllusion is apropriate ??? I havnt even asked for one so now i cant even log in and find the information that i was looking for when i email the individual sites they all answer with the same email which says we have had to lock your account due to a self exclusion form another but no one will tell me which one all my accounts was blocked on the same day so my guess is iv deposited £1000s when i was excluded and they now are hiding which sites i excluded from and i dont have emails becouse when u go on the site u just self exclude it isnt done trough email completly lossed at what to do but i want to dig deeper and get my deposits back becouse they have told me that if i had of won i wud never ov been able to withdraw but continued to take my money for months if not years and onli stopped when i started asking questions this should not be allowed its deceitfull and not fair play.   14. I have a few bingo accounts with cassava. Costa bingo im a platinum VIP. City bingo Gold VIP. Wish bingo gold VIP. I have never ever requested self exclusion from any cassava site or any other bingo site. I am unable to log into my accounts as they say im self excluded. They dont give any dates im self excluded until. Management have said its a software problem but I just cant get any where with them when emailing them. Im so annoyed they have done this to after all the time and money ive invested in there sites. I have never requested self exclusion.
