TheBingoOnline.com is published by Aameya Digital Media. Where these terms say we, us or our, that is who they mean.

We Are Not a Gambling Operator

This is a review and comparison site. We write about bingo and casino operators and we link to them. We do not run games, take bets, hold anybody’s money or operate any account you open elsewhere.

So when you follow a link from here and sign up somewhere, that account is between you and that operator. Your deposits, your withdrawals, your bonus, your verification checks and any dispute about any of it are governed by their terms, not by these. We are not a party to your agreement with the operator.

What Our Reviews Are, and Are Not

Our reviews are our own opinions, formed by opening real accounts, depositing our own money and writing down what happened. Your experience may not match ours.

We check bonus terms, licensing and payment options before we publish, and we check them again afterwards. But operators rewrite bonuses, change terms and alter features constantly, and there will be moments when something here is out of date. If you find one, tell us. Reader corrections are one of the more reliable ways we learn that a site has changed.

We do not review every bingo site that exists. What appears here is what we judged worth covering, and there are operators we have looked at and decided not to recommend. Our ratings are judgements rather than a definitive ranking of everything available.

Where You Are, and What Is Legal There

We have readers in the UK, Ireland, Canada, New Zealand and the United States, and online gambling law differs enormously between them — sometimes between provinces or states of the same country. Our about page sets out which of the markets we cover are licensed and which are not.

We cannot give you legal advice, and the fact that we cover a site does not mean it is lawful for you to use it where you live. That check is yours to make, and it is worth making before you sign up rather than after.

The same goes for age. These pages are for adults. You must meet the minimum legal gambling age that applies where you live, and any age requirement the operator sets on top of it. Neither is set by us.

What We Are Responsible For, and What We Are Not

This site and everything on it are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors, and we do not promise it will suit any particular purpose you have in mind.

We try to keep the site available, but outages happen and maintenance has to be done. We are not liable for the site being down.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses you suffer in connection with your use of this site. That includes money lost gambling, losses arising from information here that turned out to be wrong, and anything that happens to you at a site we linked to.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that we are not permitted to exclude or limit by law. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and liability for fraud.

Plainly put: we work hard to get this right and we cannot promise perfection.

Acceptable Use

Do not try to hack, overload or damage this site or the servers it runs on, use it to distribute malware or for anything illegal, scrape it with automated tools without asking first, or impersonate us or claim a connection to us that does not exist.

If we believe you are doing any of that, we may block your access.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes with them. It does not move because somebody fixed a typo — it moves when something in the substance has changed.

We may also change the site itself: add sections, retire old reviews, restructure how things are presented. That happens without notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Subject to any rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of them.

Nothing here takes away a right or protection that the law where you live says cannot be signed away.

If a court decides that part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest of them still stand.
