It helps to do the sums before opting in. A £10 deposit buys you a £50 bonus that needs £200 of bingo played through it, and if you clear the lot the most you walk away with is £200. The bonus expires seven days after it lands, used or not, and Video Bingo doesn’t count towards any of it.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Wagering
Heart does not publish a list of accepted payment methods. The terms say the options vary by registration country and are shown in the cashier at the point of deposit, and searching the site for PayPal returns nothing at all. We would rather tell you that than guess: check the cashier before you commit to the welcome offer, because the offer only runs on your first deposit.
What the terms do pin down is the way money comes back out. Withdrawals must go to the same method you funded the account with, which is a closed loop rather than a choice. The minimum is £5; between £1 and £5 you can still withdraw but you have to contact customer services to do it; below £1 nothing is processed at all. Heart charges nothing for deposits or withdrawals itself, though the terms reserve the right to pass on a reasonable processing fee, and your own bank may charge you.
Two ceilings sit above all of it. A Maximum Payout Policy caps what any one customer can be paid in a day, and those caps apply across every BV Gaming brand rather than per site — so a BetVictor account doesn’t buy you a second allowance. Heart’s overall liability to you is capped at £10,000 outside of specific bet-related situations.
Leave an account alone for 396 days and it turns dormant. If the balance is zero, nothing happens. If it isn’t, Heart tries to notify you and return the money, and 30 days after that a £5 monthly administration fee starts — charged monthly or accrued and taken as a lump sum after twelve months. After five dormant years the account is anonymised. That £5 is at the harsher end: Buzz charges £3 and refunds first, and Rank charges nothing.
Customer Support
The Contact Us page offers two routes and no others: Message Us, and Email Us at info@heartbingo.co.uk. Heart has described its service as 24/7 in a reply to a player review; that claim appears nowhere on the contact page or in the terms.
The complaints route is documented in full. Step one goes to resolution@heartbingo.co.uk; if that doesn’t satisfy you, steps two and three go to complaintsmanagement@heartbingo.co.uk. After eight weeks without a settlement, either side can refer the dispute to IBAS, whose decision binds both of you, and Resolver is available as a free alternative. That is a more detailed complaints process than many bingo sites publish.
Safety and Responsible Gambling
Start with the good part, because it is genuinely rare. Heart holds customer money in an independent trust account under a formal trust deed, overseen by a trustee or external auditor, which meets the Commission’s high protection standard. Most UK bingo brands sit at medium, where segregation carries no insolvency guarantee. Heart’s does.
There is also an older regulatory issue to note. In February 2022 the Commission announced that BV Gaming, then trading as BetVictor, would pay £2m following an investigation into fairness, social responsibility and money laundering failings — and the sites named in that settlement’s scope included heartbingo.co.uk. The licence’s sanctions page reads clean today, because settlements are recorded separately and older entries drop off, so a quick register check will not show you this. It is weakest on the things you’d want to know before signing up. A site that won’t say how you can pay or when you can reach it is asking for trust it hasn’t earned on the page, and a 2.4 Trustpilot suggests plenty of players feel the same.
That leaves the offer to decide it. Take the spins and you get £10 of free-spin value with no wagering on the winnings. Take the bingo bonus and you are playing £200 through it to win at most £200 — true of many UK bingo offers, and a reason to look at the spins first.
