How the Jumpman Network Works

Jumpman Gaming Limited is a B2B platform operator based in Alderney, Bailiwick of Guernsey, and what they do is build and licence casino and bingo sites for other companies to run under their own branding. Jumpman provides the platform, payment processing, game library, and promotional mechanics. The third party slaps a logo on it and does the marketing. Players think they’re on something unique. Media partnerships: Mirror Bingo came onto Jumpman’s platform in 2020 through Reach plc, the Daily Mirror publisher with a 40 million monthly audience. Express Wins, Star Wins, Daily Record Bingo and The Sun Play all followed — newspapers have audiences that bingo operators want, simple as that.

White-label: the bulk of the network. Over 100 sites where someone else does the marketing and Jumpman does everything behind the scenes, all under UKGC licence 39175. Used to be a free-for-all — anyone with a credit card and a domain name could spin up a Jumpman site. Not now. Stricter regs have thinned the herd considerably.

The Six Network Gotchas Competitors Won’t Tell You

Reading the Jumpman brand T&C documents end to end in April 2026 surfaced six structural gotchas that apply uniformly across every brand on the network. None of them appear on competitor coverage. All of them are documented in the operator’s own terms, just buried where most readers don’t look. If you’re considering signing up at any Jumpman site, these are the things worth knowing before you do.

1. Bingo wagering doesn’t clear your bonus

This is the biggest one for bingo brand players. The Jumpman Bonus Policy is explicit: bonus funds cannot be wagered on bingo, table games, live casino, or progressive jackpot slots. Slots only. So if you sign up at Mirror Bingo or Daily Record Bingo or any other bingo-branded Jumpman site and try to clear your welcome bonus by playing bingo, you’ll get nowhere. The only way to actually clear a Jumpman bonus is to play slots regardless of which brand you signed up at.

This completely changes how the welcome offer works in practice on every bingo-branded Jumpman site. Worth flagging because the marketing on those sites implies bingo play is the point. The bonus mechanics say otherwise.

2. The 500 free spins claim-by-email trap

If you’re lucky enough to land the headline 500 spins from the Mega Wheel, only the first 50 credit automatically. The remaining 450 require you to manually email customer support to claim them. The T&Cs spell it out: should you win 500 free spins, 50 credit automatically, and the rest must be requested by email.

This is a major disincentive built into the welcome wheel mechanic that the marketing never mentions. Most players who land the 500-spin prize will never see the other 450 because they don’t know they need to email support to claim them. The headline “up to 500 free spins” figure is doing a lot of work that the auto-credited 50 doesn’t justify.

3. The £50 to £250 conversion ceiling graduation

No-deposit accounts have their bonus winnings capped at £50 maximum conversion to real cash, no matter what you actually win from the free spins. The moment you make any deposit — £10 minimum — that ceiling raises to £250 tied to your lifetime deposits. So a player who claims a no-deposit free spins offer and doesn’t deposit can never withdraw more than £50 of bonus winnings. A player who deposits £10 immediately moves into the more generous tier.

Worth flagging because it changes the calculation of whether the no-deposit offer is “worth claiming and stopping there” versus “claim and follow through with a deposit.” Most no-deposit-only players are leaving conversion ceiling on the table without realising it.

4. The 7-day bonus expiry on inactivity

From the Bonus Policy: all bonus balance and pending promotional offers are removed from your account if your last login is greater than 7 days ago. Sign up on a Saturday, claim a no-deposit bonus, get distracted by life for a week, and the bonus is gone. No notification. No grace period. The clock runs from your last login regardless of whether you’ve started clearing the wagering.

This catches the casual sign-up demographic — exactly the people the no-deposit offers are designed to attract. Worth knowing if you’re the kind of player who claims an offer and intends to “get to it later.”

5. The £5/month inactive account fee

If you don’t log in for 12 consecutive months, your account becomes “inactive” and Jumpman starts deducting £5 per month from any remaining real money balance until either the balance hits zero or you reactivate. The Inactive/Dormant Accounts clause is in the T&Cs of every Jumpman brand. The fee applies to your real money balance — money you actually deposited and could have withdrawn.

This is the trap for the deposit-and-drift demographic. Players who deposit £20, lose interest, and forget the account exists will see that £20 quietly disappear over four months of inactive fees. Withdraw any remaining balance before walking away from a Jumpman account, even if you intend to come back later.

6. The Pay by Mobile double-fee trap

Pay by Mobile looks attractive for casual players who want to deposit through their phone bill rather than their bank. The T&Cs disclose two separate £2.50 fees attached to that route: a £2.50 fee on small Pay by Mobile deposits of £5, £10 or £20, and the universal £2.50 fee on every withdrawal. So a player who deposits £10 through Pay by Mobile and then withdraws once is paying £5 in network fees on a single £10 round-trip — that’s 50% of the deposit lost to fees alone.

Pay by Mobile is the most expensive payment method on the entire Jumpman network. The casual players it’s marketed to are the ones who’ll feel the fees hardest.

Welcome Offers: Every Type on the Network

The Mega Wheel used to be universal. Every Jumpman site, identical welcome mechanic. Since 2022, that’s changed. Some brands now use deposit matches, multiplier wheels, or just free spins. Here’s what actually exists.

The Mega Wheel and Mega Reel

Still the most common welcome mechanic on the network. You put in £10, spin, and land somewhere between 10 and 500 free spins on whatever slot they’re pushing that month — Starburst, Fluffy Favourites, Big Bass Splash, it rotates. Amazon vouchers show up on some wheels too. Completely random, no skill involved, and the spread is huge.

One thing almost nobody mentions: the Mega Wheel appears on bingo-branded sites while the Mega Reel appears on slot-branded ones, and Loot Chest plus Treasure Chest are just visual reskins on other brands — four names for what is fundamentally one system.

What Changed in January 2026

The Trophies page is gone. Quietly removed before the new regulations took effect. This was Jumpman’s most distinctive feature. Over 200 tasks, everything from “play on a Wednesday” to “be on Fluffy Favourites when someone else wins £5,000+.” You’d earn a Mega Wheel spin for every 5 trophies, and if you somehow ground your way to 200 there was a £10 Amazon voucher waiting. Nobody else seems to be reporting this. Every competitor page we checked still describes the trophy system as if it’s live. It isn’t.

What replaced it is less interesting. Pragmatic Play and Yggdrasil now handle the gamification side — opt into a challenge, play a specific game, hit milestones, win something. It works, but it’s their system running on Jumpman’s sites rather than anything Jumpman built themselves. Lost a lot of personality in the swap.

Daily Cashback

Still running. Funded accounts get roughly 10% of the previous day’s net losses returned as real cash, not bonus funds. Some sites credit weekly instead of daily, so check the specific terms where you play.

And here’s one that trips people up: you need to have wagered at least £100 of your own deposited money before they’ll let you withdraw anything. Nobody tells you this upfront.

KYC verification means uploading your passport or driving licence plus a proof of address before your first withdrawal goes through. Pretty standard. What’s less standard is the number of Jumpman players who report having documents accepted, then mysteriously flagged as unverified again days later, requiring the whole lot to be resubmitted. The £500,000 UKGC Settlement

The £500,000 UKGC bill landed in May 2022. Customer interaction failures, anti-money laundering shortcomings — the usual stuff regulators go after. Jumpman called it a “regulatory settlement” rather than a fine, as if the distinction matters when you’re half a million lighter. Nothing since. Bigger operators have paid worse. Our Verdict on the Jumpman Network

The Jumpman network is functionally one operator wearing 150+ different brand names. A small handful of those brands are worth playing on if you understand the gotchas: Zeus Bingo (the one with an actual Android app), Mirror Bingo and Daily Record Bingo (the two newspaper-branded sites with thin trust signals), and Cash Arcade (the largest slot library in the no-deposit batch). The rest are second accounts at the same operator, charging the same fees, running the same wagering mechanics, with no meaningful reason to choose them over a sister site.

Our honest recommendation: don’t sign up for more than one Jumpman brand. The mechanics are uniform, the gotchas are uniform, the support is uniform, and signing up at a second Jumpman brand after the first just gives you a second account at the same operator with the same constraints. Methodology and Corrections

Between early March 2026 and April 2026, TBO conducted a full audit of the Jumpman Gaming network’s terms and conditions across multiple brands, cross-referenced against the homepage offer terms of every brand we’ve reviewed. The audit identified several factual claims on previous TBO content that needed correcting. In line with our editorial standards, we surface those corrections publicly here:

• Wagering figures corrected. Earlier TBO content displayed the legacy 65x wagering figure as if it were still current, with hedged “may have updated” language. The verified network reality post-January 2026 is 10x across all brands at the point of claim. Long-form brand T&Cs still displaying 65x are stale operator documents that haven’t been refreshed; the homepage offer terms all show 10x and that’s what’s enforced. All brand reviews and network-wide content have been updated.
• Withdrawal fee universality clarified. Earlier TBO content described the £2.50 withdrawal fee as variable across the network. The verified reality is that the fee is universal across every Jumpman brand: £2.50 flat on every withdrawal, every brand, no exceptions, no thresholds. Brand reviews previously claiming threshold-based fee structures have been corrected.
• Minimum withdrawal corrected. Earlier brand reviews showed varying minimum withdrawals (£10 on some brands, £30 on others). The verified network reality is £10 minimum withdrawal universally across Jumpman. Brand pages showing £30 have been corrected.
• Six gotchas added. The bingo wagering exclusion, the 500 free spins claim-by-email mechanic, the £50 to £250 conversion ceiling graduation, the 7-day bonus expiry, the £5/month inactive account fee, and the Pay by Mobile double-fee trap were all confirmed in operator T&Cs but not previously surfaced in TBO coverage. All six are now documented on this page and on relevant brand reviews.
• Brand ratings recalibrated. The author rating calibration was refreshed in April 2026 to reflect that several previously-claimed differentiators don’t actually vary across the network. The Jumpman baseline rating was lowered from 3.8 to 3.6 to reflect honest editorial reality. Several brand ratings were adjusted downwards as part of this refresh.
