Rosy Bingo

Rosy Bingo Welcome Bonus

Rosy presents its two welcome offers on separate landing pages. The offer a player receives depends on which page they use to register. Our main link, and the card at the top of this page, go to the spins. The bingo bonus has its own link below. Both need a £10 debit-card deposit within 48 hours of your account being approved, both expire 48 hours after they land, and the terms say a player can only ever hold one of them.

The Spins Route

Fifty spins at 10p is £5 of slot play. Winnings land in your casino bonus balance, which carries 10x wagering on casino games only, and plays only when your cash balance is at zero. If the spins produce £6 in winnings, £60 must be wagered on eligible casino games within 48 hours before the bonus can convert. Bingo tickets contribute nothing to that.

The Bingo Route

Deposit £10 through Rosy’s bingo-bonus page instead and the same £10 becomes £40 of bingo bonus, a 400% match that reaches its £100 cap at a £25 deposit. It carries 3x wagering on bingo tickets alone — £120 of tickets for the £40, £300 for the full £100 — inside the same 48-hour window, with cash spent first and bonus tickets winning bonus money. The bingo offer is better suited to bingo players, while the free-spins route is aimed at players primarily interested in slots.

The Tick Box

The registration form arrives with “I want to claim my Welcome Bonus” already ticked. That is the opposite of Bingo Diamond’s form and the same as Dotty’s. Players who do not want a bonus attached must untick the box before depositing.

Forfeiture

A withdrawal while the spins or any bonus balance remain forfeits them. Staking above £6.25 while wagering is bonus abuse under the promotional terms and can void the bonus and its winnings.

Rosy Bingo Bonus Codes

There isn’t one for either offer. The pre-ticked box on the registration form is the entire opt-in, the landing page you arrive through decides which bonus you get, and the sign-up flow has no field for a code. If another site is advertising a Rosy Bingo code, it belongs to a different affiliate deal, or to one that has expired.

Bonuses and Promotions

The promotions page largely matches the other Broadway bingo brands, with two Rosy-specific additions. The Wheel gives one spin the day after any day you deposit £20 and wager £20, paying either bingo bonus or free spins, and the free-spins day is Friday, as on Butlers. The bingo schedule is the shared one: Penny O’Clock at 8pm, 9pm and 10pm through September at 1p, Flip It from 5pm, Easy Peasy from 6pm, Pumpkin Blast and the Yoyo throughout the day. Deposit-gated offers — the Daily Deal, Free Spins Friday — need a deposit in the past seven days, and free-spin winnings are credited as casino bonus money at 10x wagering with a 48-hour expiry. Loyalty tokens earned on cash stakes redeem for cash prizes. Unlike the free-spin promotions, loyalty rewards are paid as cash prizes.

Games and Software

Eleven Pragmatic Play rooms, between 5 and 24 players in each on a Monday afternoon. The jackpot counters moved consistently with the sister sites when we checked: Pumpkin Blast £505.06 against £505.03 on Butlers an hour earlier, Easy Peasy £1,137.78 on both. The one visible difference is Flip It, the upside-down 90-ball room, open with 23 players at 1p while Diamond and Butlers showed it locked. The slots lobby also contains titles seen across the other Broadway brands — Fluffy Favourites, 9 Pots of Gold, Big Bass Bonanza, 12 Masks of Fire — with a Brand-New Games row that had Raging Gods Olympus 2 and Legendary Lawman on the day. The terms don’t publish a studio list.

Bingo payout rates, by the terms, start at 65% and pass 100% only in guaranteed games that don’t sell enough tickets to cover the prize.

Mobile App

None, and none on any of the four bingo brands on this licence. The mobile site carries the full lobby and cashier under the same login. Our mobile bingo guide covers what an app would add.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Wagering

The terms name one payment method: debit cards. They are also the only method that earns a deposit bonus, since the promotional small print excludes e-wallets from every offer. Rosy publishes no complete payment list, so available methods should be checked in the cashier. Your statement shows Broadway Gaming UK Ltd, the group’s payment agent.

Withdrawals go back to a method you’ve deposited with, are processed on weekdays, and usually clear within three business days; one reviewer reported a withdrawal arriving within an hour of a chat query, while another reported waiting twelve hours. The minimum is £10, with a £2 fee below that through customer services. Broadway can ask for photographs of both sides of a debit card before paying, and card providers’ daily limits apply on top.

Funds sit at the Commission’s medium protection level: separated, no insolvency guarantee. Twelve idle months makes the account dormant, after which a £5 monthly fee runs the balance down unless a refund goes through first. Liability outside a specific bet is capped at £5,000.

Customer Support

Live chat on the site, or support@rosybingo.com. No phone. The Trustpilot profile says 24/7 chat; the terms say nothing about hours. Complaints go to support first, then in writing to complaints@broadwaygaming.com, with a final response or an update inside eight weeks; a deadlocked dispute over a game outcome can go to eCOGRA free of charge.

Safety and Licensing

Rosy Bingo’s regulatory history includes two events from 2017–18, when the site was still operating as Rehab Bingo. In December 2017 the Gambling Commission listed Rehab Bingo among four Broadway sites whose bonus adverts had left out significant conditions, and Broadway paid £100,000 in lieu of a penalty. On 14 March 2018 the ASA upheld a complaint that the name itself, on a gambling site, condoned socially irresponsible behaviour and suggested gambling as an escape from personal problems; Broadway had said it would rename on request, and did. The current sanctions page does not display the 2017 settlement because public statements are removed after three years, and the site today carries no trace of the old name.

Trustpilot has Rosy at 4.0 out of 5 from 1,171 reviews, 91 of them in the past year — the highest score among the Broadway bingo brands. 72% are five-star and most name a chat agent. 14% are one-star. Those reviews include complaints about slot returns and bonus forfeiture. One reviewer reported losing free spins after withdrawing before using them. This is consistent with the promotional terms, which state that withdrawing while free spins remain forfeits them. Every negative review gets a reply from Broadway, usually inside a day. Trustpilot notes the company hasn’t asked customers for reviews recently.

Deposit limits, session reminders, take-a-break and self-exclusion are the safer-gambling tools on offer, and GAMSTOP is honoured. Self-exclusion applies across Broadway accounts held by the same player. English law and the UK protections govern the contract, and the National Gambling Helpline is free for anyone concerned about their gambling.

Our Verdict

Rosy Bingo is the renamed Rehab Bingo and shares its Pragmatic Play bingo lobby with the other Broadway brands covered here. The former Rehab Bingo site was named in Broadway’s 2017 Gambling Commission settlement, and an ASA ruling the following year led to the Rosy Bingo name.

New players can access either 50 free spins, with winnings subject to 10x casino wagering, or a 400% bingo bonus with 3x wagering. The offers use separate landing pages, both expire after 48 hours, and the registration opt-in box is pre-ticked.

Other drawbacks include a £2 charge on withdrawals below £10, a published 65% bingo payout floor and possible card verification at withdrawal. Withdrawals are usually processed within three business days. Rosy also had Flip It available at 1p when we checked and currently has a 4.0/5 Trustpilot rating from 1,171 reviews. Our ratings explainer shows how that lands at 4.0.

Worth trying if: you want a 400% bingo bonus with a spins alternative on the same site, 2p standing rooms suit your stake, or you’d rather join the sister brand players rate highest.

Look elsewhere if: you want a bigger bingo match on the same rooms — Dotty pays 600% — you deposit by e-wallet, or you want winnings that stay cash, which our no-wagering bingo sites cover.
